CLASS LEGEND

Level 1: For absolute beginners — you’ll learn the fundamentals from scratch in a safe, supportive environment.


IF YOU HAVE NOT BOXED BEFORE YOU NEED TO START AT LEVEL 1 - OTHER SPORTS DO NOT COUNT AS BOXING. BE HUMBLE, YOU CAN'T SKIP THE LINE.

Level 1.5:

Open to all levels post-basics. Great for beginners who already know the fundamentals.

(If you jump in too soon, you may be asked to return to Level 1.)

 

Requirements:

 

  • Coach approval

  • Know how to catch punches

  • Bring your own wraps & gloves (sold here)

Level 2: For intermediate boxers who have a solid grasp of technique and want to refine their skills with more complex drills and sparring prep.
 

Level 3: For competitors only. These sessions are focused, high-intensity, and designed for those actively training to fight.
