CLASS LEGEND

Level 1: For absolute beginners — you’ll learn the fundamentals from scratch in a safe, supportive environment.


IF YOU HAVE NOT BOXED BEFORE YOU NEED TO START AT LEVEL 1 - OTHER SPORTS DO NOT COUNT AS BOXING. BE HUMBLE, YOU CAN'T SKIP THE LINE.

Level 1.5: Open to all levels post basics. Great for beginners who already know the basics and want to build skills. (If you jump in too soon, you may be asked to return to Level 1)

Level 2: For intermediate boxers who have a solid grasp of technique and want to refine their skills with more complex drills and sparring prep.
 

Level 3: For competitors only. These sessions are focused, high-intensity, and designed for those actively training to fight.
